Just another inch in the rear for now.  But eventually I'm going to do the 5/8 or 6/9. But I dont have money for brand new tires as my tires are brand new right now. My 305/40r22s are just too thick up front to drop more up front right now. Although I'd really like to.

Dont forget wheel tubs and a bed tub. im at 7" in the rear of my regular cab. And i need the bed tub already

Yeah, I'm saving for a bed/wheel tub now ( reklez has a kit for $755 shipped) And a 2 piece drive line. (gotta check out local prices though. reklez wants 809 for 2 piece drive line and cross member, which I think is a bit on the high side but over priced) It's a project on a budget. So, little by little I'll get it taken care of.  I can run a 265/35r22 on the front and get away with no tubs @6" drop or so reklez is telling me they do all the time.

Yes 6/10 has been kind of the standard for these trucks now. Just be careful when you go 6 in front because youll most likely use djm arms.  Which crack and balljoints fail quickly

I have those shackles in my stash. Tbey are 2.5 eye to eye. Belltech is dumb as shit. Same size as every other 1" lift shackle

For what it's worth... my Belltech 6404-100 shackles that came with my 7" flip measure 3" eye to eye.

Actually I have the belltech

drop spindles for -2

Drop coil springs -2

Drop struts -2 although I'm currently sitting at 4" I'll eventually take the rubber spacers on the very top of the strut tower and go lower.

What I didnt know until now is at 7" or lower in the rear on a 4 door. U have to swap the single drive line out for the 2 piece driveline. So today I ended up buying the reklez 2 piece driveline with crossmember.  That's was 850 bucks I didnt want to spend on something that wasnt a tub kit. Lol but, it's better than it breaking and being without a truck.

Yeah, well I wanted to now because I'm going 8" in the rear next week and that driveline sketched me out not having any room.in just glad I learned about it now and not once I broke it.

Been trying to decide on a 3/5 kit and looking at all the options. Mcg's, Belltech but see very little on Maxtrac. Is Maxtrac worth looking at?

I've only ran belltech. When I was 3/5 it was a better ride than stock. Kw makes quality products. I haven't known anyone who ran maxtrac. A lot of people aware by McGaphys. It's like ford, Chevy, or dodge. Just depends what you like.

Just got a 2016 1500 regular cab short bed. It has a mcgaughys kit with spindles in front and flip kit in back. It is slightly too low for the tire size.

So until I can buy new wheels and tires I want to raise the front 1/2-1 inch just for now.

But the kit eas installed by a dealer for the previous owner and I have none of the rings that came with the mcgaughys struts.

Does anyone have any any rings they aren’t going to use they would be willing to part with?????

please pm me. I need at least 3 but 5 would be great just in case I want to go up the full inch.

Thanks all.

Thank you. I just ordered the Belltech kit. Seems like the way to go.

My full Belltech kit rides better than stock also.  I think it's because I had the crappy stock Rancho shocks before

For a regular cab, Belltech street performance REAR shocks are stiff. I changed to Belltech Nitro Shocks, wow...night and day! By far!

Does anyone have a link where they bought their bump stops if you bought any. I think I finally settled on what kit to use and truck is going to the shop this weekend that's if I don't second guess my decision once again lol
