So after tearing into my front end. I found that schwabs added (3) .8mm spacers on top of the 10mm. So after removing the .8mm spacers, my front end is sitting correctly. I'm very pleased with the outcome. As for my rear end. I ordered the oem rear hangers (because schwabs threw mine away) and .5" belltech shackle so that I can get my 7" drop. My tire up front is too big. (Fender is damn near sitting on top of the tire) Running 305/40r22 toyo proxie 2. Which sucks because they are brand new. But perhaps I'll only have to replace to 2 front and I can still run the same size in the rear. everyone else's truck seems to sit lower than mine with this same kit

IncisionInd Posted October 2, 2018 Posted October 2, 2018 Hey all, A little bit newer to the forum but I was hoping to get some advice. Looking at doing a drop for my 2018 Silverado CCSB and was looking at McGayghy's Part #34270. I was thinking about doing a 4/6 but I was not sure if there was going to be any additional work that would need to be done and if so at what point is that not the case? Also how can I tell if I have the stamped steel A-Arm?

Same size as every other 1" lift shackle Yeah, I called had another talk with belltech. They say the flip kit comes with this shackle because the flip kit drops u 7.5" and u need this to bring you to the correct height. I'm going to use my oem shackle and see where it sets me. I dont teust belltech any longer. And then I'll be stuck with a shackle I paid 77 bucks for w shipping. Cause they charge 25% restocking fee plus require you to pay for shipping. I'll end up selling it for a loss if I dont use it. Thanks for your input boss
