Whats the difference between the denali and non-denali console? I'm looking to do this after winter.

I have the cocoa interior. Looking to get a parts list ready.

I have the weather tech over the hump floor liner...I'm wondering If i can install the console over the mat? Maybe I'll need to trim slightly?

I am also confused on what panel to buy...they have a lot of options. I need to take a picture of the interior.

Insights? You guys know your shit.

Mike

you need this panel

My friend ordered from the same seller and it showed the missing 110v outlet missing like in the picture but she received a new one. So you might have the same luck.

Thanks for your help. I cant find that listed part number on a parts lookup site. It looks like it is just the plate, no cup holders included. What is the color code?

The options are :

Reverse Tartan
Off Road Carbon

Grand Momiji

Grand Lace Wood

Quilted Maple

Synthesis

Curly Koa

Devenport Wood

Mineral Caster

Thanks,

Mike

Power and ground to the 6 pin connector and USB cable connected to the outlet and HMI control module. There must be some type of communication because I have always on power and ground to the USB outlet. Yet it goes to sleep about ten minutes after key off or opening door. and wakes up when the driver door is opened or key is on.The correct 6 pin connector is very expensive so I just used the terminals and shrink tube to keep from shorting. I would have to find the part numbers for the terminals. The cable I bought ( the only we could find in the GM part catalog ) plugs into the outlet but not into the module without some customizing. Had to shave the connector down with a razor blade.

Hey tbarn, do you have the part number(and pic) for the usb cable mentioned above...my apologies if I missed it in any of your subsequent posts.

Also, you mention that one end plugs into the HMI control module. What is best access to that module, from underneath with console removed? or through front bezel with console in place? or other...? Thanks in advance.

So I got my console in last night. I have some wiring solutions that I am going to try next week. I ordered a mini sub splitter in attempts to get data and charging working. I am also going to get some new wiring ends male and female wing same number wiring options and use that to see how it works. I had to buy the Denali console since it was the only one available. It is the exact same only difference is the wiring harness that I have found

Nice, if you can document your progress with pictures it would be really helpful. I should have mine by the end of this week as well.

I had the same question for tbarn, he responded to me with part number 19303328 for the usb cable. The HMI module is behind your glove box.

well, got everything working except for the console light and front usb data (charges only) on the front. I took the old harness, added an additional 12 volt plug and usb power plug to the harness from the new harness and made it into one modified harness. everything seems to work fine.

Popped the front tray off of a new Silverado with factory console today.

Do you have a part number for the male end of the plug that could plug into the female that came with console? Hoping I can get it to work with some splicing

    • Hello All!   My 2019 Colorado 3.6 LT, 4WD Crew Cab has approximately 77,500 miles and I recently began experiencing the well-known transmission shudder between about 30 and 65 mph. The problem had worsened to the point that I could no longer attribute it to road conditions - and I had decided to bring the truck to the dealer - when recently, I experienced a sudden loss of power while driving at maybe 40 MPH. Several warning lights flashed, the “Check Stabilitrack” message appeared, and the Check Engine, Stabilitrack, and Traction Control icons remained illuminated. The truck regained driving power, but it stayed in a low gear with unusually high RPMs for the speed. (limp mode?) Because I was only about two miles from home, driving slowly, I was able to make it back and run an OBD-II scan, which showed fault codes U0101, P0700, and U0100. My next trip in the truck was to drive it to the dealer the following day. That trip began normally, but after about a mile I experienced another loss of power, along with the same warning lights and the same “Check Stabilitrack” message. As before the truck remained driveable, but again operated at an abnormally high RPM-to-speed ratio and seemed stuck in a single gear. About a mile later, the dashboard lit up once more, this time displaying “Check 4WD.” Soon after that, I arrived at the dealer. I have verified that the truck still has its original factory transmission fluid, which means it has never received the corrective fluid exchange outlined in GM Technical Service Bulletin #18-NA-355.  That was Thursday of last week and I've heard nothing yet from the dealer.    According to Technical Service Bulletin #18-NA-355 and the build date of my truck, my truck should have the newer LV fluid. I've done a little research and read something about a problem with the wiring harness as well.   Anyone have an insights into this situation?  Thank you!!

    • Did you even read this article?   Even the title of the article says "U.S.-Iran Deal Doesn’t Mean a Swift Return of Oil and Gas Flows"   Remember, crude oil prices are based on FUTURE purchases by the oil companies.  Gas prices are based on FUTURE purchases by the station.  This article stated that many of the oil producing nations have to restart their processes to get the oil produced.  Then the oil has to be shipped to wherever.  And it doesn't get there overnight.  And most of that oil is not coming here. Check out this site:  https://afdc.energy.gov/data/10621   A graph will pop up to show where the US imports their oil from.  Notice that there isn't a lot of import from OPEC and Iraq.  Most of the US import comes from Canada. The US oil produces are selling their oil on the open market, which is why the US fuel costs went up.  So you're correct, the US oil companies are going to slow walk the price downward.
