Oil, Front diff, and TCase fluid changed. Front diff had some sludge. TCase typical shavings. 2018 w/ 34k mi

So I haven’t picked up the truck yet waiting on them to finish lifting the rear, got late so they finishing today 9” McGaughy Lift definitely need bigger tires and wheels!!!

ya I think so it's a big fatty I was under it the other day looking to see if it was the oem one or not, my truck is lowered 4/6 and I get some vibrations but hard to tell what the cause is I don't know if it is the tires, wheels, driveline, or something else.

ya I think so it's a big fatty I was under it the other day looking to see if it was the oem one or not, my truck is lowered 4/6 and I get some vibrations but hard to tell what the cause is I don't know if it is the tires, wheels, driveline, or something else.

Mine got that Chevy shake since day one. But not THAT BAD. Until I dropped the back 3.5”. Then it’s really bad. Adjusted the driveline angles and it’s like 99% gone.

Static or a notch in the back?

2” drop shackle with the block removed. I got about 3.4” out of it. No notch.

I do have VAS traction bar, hellwig’s sway bar and air lift or rideRite air bags with custom brackets for towing. Gonna grind the overload leaf off soon.

On my 04 RCSB, I started with a 4/6, had to put the factory shackle back in, new shims and it was very smooth, just a harsh bottom out once in a while.

 

It shook so bad at the start, they ended up replacing the transmission case because all of the seals were leaking. Took it the first week on a 100 plus mile drive each way, was the craziest thing I have ever encountered in a car.

Oh damn. At least they replaced everything for you! I got extended warranty but I don’t wanna take my truck in for anything!!!! I’ve done a good amount of things to it now that they might just not touch any of it.

On that body style, there is a pressed in seal at the end of the transmission where the output shaft exits, and has a little boot with a weep hole on it, they all start dripping at one time.

The shake broke the seal and my was putting lakes of fluid on the floor and on the bottom of the truck.

 

The dealer installed the drop, so it was warranted by GM.
