off road reverse light wiring question

so i just bought two led spot lights that i want to mount to my back rack, but i want them rear facing to help the factory reverse lights, id also like to use them as a work light to save from lugging around lights to job sites for working in the bed of my truck.

now what i want is to wire the lights in with the reverse lights. so i need a relay for that, id also like to have them on a toggle switch to be able to use them when ever i need too be it for work or the guy who likes to tailgate a little too much. i know most people say just put it on a switch and any time i back up and need the light turn it on, but i want it so i dont have to think about it or have to worry about turning them back off when i put it in drive and start down the road. any help would be greatly appreciated as i am at a loss when it comes to wiring up lights to work with different components of a vehical

If you just wire the toggle switch from a power source through the switch and into the same terminal that the wire coming from the reverse lights comes in on it will activate the relay either way. You're just wiring the two switches that activate the relay parallel to each other.

wiring diagrams always make more sense to me. sorry i just drew it up on paint. the two connections on the left side of relay would be the coil side of relay and the right two are the load side.
