OEM floor mats / liners

I bought the premium oem floor mats that have the bow tie, they are a joke! They cover less than my non-bow tie oem rubber mats. Total waste of money.

Now I'm thinking about the Aries 3D mats!

I bought those gm mats and what a waste of money !!!. They only cover half the carpet and are cheaply made. I ordered the husky weather beaters the next day.

The OEM rubber mats (regular and premium versions) are both pretty ineffective.

If you're interested in info & opinions on Husky or WeatherTech mats, those topics can be found here:

Something to think about...

I purchased the 2014 Husky mats and set them back ... They are great mats, but I just didn't like the way they covered the door stil plate. If you have the Aluminum Z71 or All Terrain door stil, this is something to consider. Those Husky (and I assume Weathertech) will cover half the plate and to me it looks bad.

So... I ended up purchasing the same factory mats as listed above.. only they say "GMC" in red.. which matches my AT interior. I like these mats a lot.

I too made the mistake of buying the GM all weather mats. What a mistake. they look nice with the bow tie, but they are small and barely cover in the back of my crew cab. Total waste of money.

The GM mats were a waste of 80 dollars. If I would of seen them I would of never ordered them. To much much carpet exposed. They put alot of salt down in the parking lot at work and my carpet would of been ruined.

My truck came with the basic all weather mats. I am not the type to like to knock the snow off my boots when I get in my truck, its a dang truck afterall. I upgraded to the Husky x-act contour mats, they kick @ss compared to the GM mats. I rarely have anyone in the back seat al the factory mats suffice for me back there.

My truck came with a set of both the OEM and Premium. They are both junk. I ended up going back to the OEM fronts and keeping the Premium in the rear as it covers the hump (Barely).. I just put on my new front Weathertech Digital Fit mats 15 minutes ago.. thats another story..

I got the GM OEM mats with my truck and they are a waste of money. The coverage is bad. I went with the Husky Liners and very happy with them.

Has anyone seen these liners? I like the bow tie; but haven't seen them in person. And at a better price then weather tech.

I have had weatertech in the past and have been happy with them.

I got these with my truck and didn't like them. The regular rubber mats were better for the front. the rear that goes with these is better but that's it. I now have weather tech and am very happy

+10 the OEM floor mats suck. i have both sets, the plain black all weather ones and the ones with the gmc logo on them (i didnt pay extra for them they were in my truck when i picked it up) and they both suck. going to get weathertechs here in a few weeks maybe...
