I did a little digging around and found this, follow this link http://sandyblogs.com/techlink/ and open the February 2014 "Techlink" PDF, and look on page three.

 

I printed it out and will take it with me to the service dept.

Yes, it is the one about "Blank Screen". There are some fixes included for Bluetooth errors and for Mylink to return to the screen you were on before taking or making a call. Also it supports adding a Contact to favorites that has multiple phone numbers. Now when I make a call from my favorites listed on the DIC screen and Mylink is on Radio, the radio is muted normally, Mylink switches to phone and then it goes back to Radio when I hang up. The DIC stays on phone until I select the Info or other DIC screen. I also noticed the functions on Mylink now work a little faster. Now back to the OM.

Mine is a .....'14 Silverado Double Cab 4x4....made in (Roanoke) Fort Wayne, Indiana....USA.....

 

No problems with mine.

Mexico Silverado. Only slight problem I've had is the Service Stabilitrak coming on for about 30 miles the other day. Before I could get it to the stealership it went away. Don't know what exactly caused it

LTZ Crew Z71 4x4 built in August at the Silao Mexico plant. So far the truck has been in for the exhaust recall and the radio knob backlighting.

Trwtow - Mine has the same problems. It also takes a siesta every afternoon.

3k miles on my Mexican Silverado, radio reception sucks but no other issues.

All of the Crew Cabs will come from Mexico.
All of the Double and most of the single Cabs will come from Ft. Wayne, IN, USA

We know that, I'm just trying to see if there more problems coming from trucks built in one place or the other and it also gives a tally to how many CC vs RC & DC.

I did get it done. It works better than it did but it's not perfect yet. If I make a call and hang up it will return to radio. IF I receive a call and hang up I have to make it go back to the radio.
