Hmm, they're either balanced incorrectly or they weren't torqued down correctly. The pattern in my aftermarket wheel manual states to torque them down to 100 and then to 140 in the following patter (think clock). 12-6-2-8-4-10. Might give that a try. I had to mess with mine a little before they seated correctly but your balance or road force could be off.

Well I'll give that a shot. 2 of the tire shops said I should probably just get new tires based on the wear, but I'd rather not buy any yet. The tires were smooth as silk going down the highway before I switched rims. Could it be that because these are a little wider they will just vibrate due to wear? Maybe it is the tires.

I have posted on here before when I just had the leveling kit installed, not sure if I have posted since I installed RCX 5". Also added .5 Lower strut tgc spacer, total 5.5" of lift. I am running a 20x10 -12 fuel Mav. with Nitto trails. Do you guys think I could run a 295/60 with lift setup?? I am thinking of going to the Toyo AT II's also. Thanks in advance! image.jpeg

im running a cooper stt pro 295/60/20 with only a level. so you should be fine

Well I took the truck to discount tire this morning instead of the 3 different NTB's I've taken it to look at this. DT took a little bit of weight off and moved the weights to the inside lip of the wheels. Originally they were on the outside edge of the inner wheel. My problem seems to be solved. No vibrations driving into work this morning!

Me too man! I was pretty disappointed at first when I left NTB friday. I got a lot of vibrations when I got on the belway. Figured it was a simple balancing issue, so 2 more trips to NTB and a trip to DT got it taken care of lol. Anyway, hope your buddy is loving the rims the same way I'm loving these!

What is NTB? Discount tire has been great with me, my k02s on my old F150 came from their and they had excellent service! Have treated the wife really well there too, no absurd up selling like our local GM dealer.

National Tire and Battery

I usually use Discount tire for all of my wheel/tire needs. At the time I got my rims over the weekend, NTB was closer so I unfortunately went that route.
