What did you do for a exhaust tips?

I hope you post pics when you get it installed. I've been looking at this tip for a couple weeks now, but I've held off because I wanted to see how much of the stock exhaust would have to be cut off.

Here you go buddy.. I'm not taking anything away from the corsa tips... but these summit ones are flawless tips.. and here they are in action..

Thanks! I've been going back, and forth between your exhaust tips, and the Redtail performance tips. My 2016 LTZ 6.2L was supposed to be assembled in the factory yesterday, and I'd like to have the tips in before the truck comes in. How much of the stock tip did you have to cut off?

They are just for show. Unless you get a tip that has a resonator in it but very, very few have those.

I changed my factory tubing from the flapper valve back... so I couldn't give you an answer.

I can only speak from experience that tips do change sound.. now for the other stuff I wouldn't know.

I would really like a dual tip, but want it to exit in FRONT of the rear wheel. Is this as simple as going to my local muffler shop, and having them remove the resonator, then bend some new pipe?

Looks great. I have a 6.2 as well, did that 3" inlet match right up the factory exhaust. Did you weld it on? I've been looking for a black tip like that or corsa style with the chrome and black

I did RTP Black Tips on mine. I had to shorten the factory exhaust just a few inches to get the right look. I love the way it looks.
