What's up fellas, i have a 2014 silverado. Can anyone provide me with instructions on how to remove

the chrome trim around the headlights on a 2014 silverado, i think there double sided taped on & clipped on i think but can anyone post pics of how it looks without them off or if i have to remove grill and headlights in order to get them off?

The look im trying to go far is the previous generations where its just the headlight itself, with no chrome trim around them.. Ive searched all over online and can't find step by step on how to remove the headlight trim on the 2014s.. I see everyone painting them so someone has to know how to remove them.. If it dont look good with the trim removed ill just have em painted along with the grill, flat black.
