Couldn't view the video.

But a rod knock is very rapid because it will knock at the same speed as the crank and it will be very loud.

Lifter ticks are half the speed of the crank. Same with injector ticks because it how long it takes for that cylinder to fire again. Rods will knock going down and up, as well as knocking on non compression strokes.

Failed lifter.

This happens when folk go 5k oil changes like the stealership says too... Now you know to go 3k and change. The lifter is stuck compressed. It'll ruin that cam lobe shortly and lifter bore as well

Fix: new cam and lifters.

Thank you guys for the reply and your honest answers. Since I just moved to a condo I can't work in my truck here I'm will have to take it to a shop. Roughly I was seeing 3k for the job.

Yesterday I went to the gas station about a 1/4 from my house and when I turned on the Silverado it showed on the dashboard message screen "low oil pressure, turn off engine"

It was at 0 oil pressure on the gauge but then it would bounce back to normal and check engine light was blinking. I was just trying to make it back home at that moment.
