Infotaiment screen flickers + seatbelt problems.

I have screen all the way to page9 but I did not see this problem...pardon me if it's a repost...

 

Anyway my 14 Sierra LTE developed this weird screen flicker on my Infotaiment screen.

I'm curious to see if this is still going on when I get off work...

 

Second problem is with my seat belt. After not even 3500 miles, my drivers side belt will not retract the last 8" aprox without help...anyone encountered this?
