I unfortunately am having an issue with our trucks Infotainment System. It seems that none of the buttons or screen functions will work besides the volume and the mute. It is acting like someone may have locked it out or something like that happened. It still connected Bluetooth to my phone, but the tethering is not working with the cable. Is there a way to unlock it without taking it to a dealer if someone (who thinks they are funny) has locked it out?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
