Nice! Do you have a leveling kit already and are swapping to the 5100s, or is this your first experience with leveling? I'm trying to wade through all the information about leveling and trying to pick a good setup that won't ruin the front end.

I have the rough country 2.5" kit that has a 2" bottom spacer and a 0.5" top spacer. I'm removing the bottom spacer and setting the bilstein shocks at the 1.85" and still keeping the top 0.5" for a total level of 2.35" I have leveled 2 other trucks and both had about 40k miles without problems on the suspension. You just don't want to go any more than 2.5" in the front to prevent excess wear on the front end components. I bought the bilsteins just because I like the ride they gave my other trucks.

It's gonna ride like shit with that RCX spacer stacked on bottom. Other members have done it and regretted doing it. It will not be pleasant. Save yourself the trouble and Dutch the RCX all together and just use the bilsteins in Max height.

Share where you found them! Everyone was backordered until end of next month.

I found them on ebay there was a guy who had just the front set for $209. or the front and rear for $359.b with free shipping. I found a store before that that had a few pairs but by the time the went to ship my order they ran out again and told me a month and a half again.

I hear that but I stated I was removing the bottom spacer. a big part of the shitty ride quality is when you go too high and screw up angles and have no travel left I agree. however the RCX lift is 2.5 inches total im only going to be using the top 0.5" spacer and the bilsteins at 1.85" for a total lift of 2.35" which is less than the rough country lift is. I have done this on my old truck and it was just fine. I would never stack blocks and shocks to try and go above 2.5" that is where you just lift it.
