I've got a good Boss

I drive for a large Intermodal Company with a small terminal here in Alabama. My Boss the Terminal MGR and his 2 year old grand daughter ( the real Boss) had fifteen of us and family at his house today for Drivers Appreciation week. Had BBQ with a counter full of side dishes also had a very large cake. We all drew for prizes I got a $50 gift card for Carrabba's Italian Grill. A few drivers live out in rural areas and take truck home so today was able to their rides. A Camaro SS , Mustang 5.0 , Challenger, Cadillac XTS and a couple of Harleys. I really appreciate the hospitality having to deal with a couple of AH employers in the past.

I have a good boss as well. He really takes care of us and it really motivates us to take care of him.

I work for the government, and so having a boss that offered to do something like that would likely cause a stroke as my brain started trying to comprehend that.

I lost my boss 2 weeks ago. Third one this year. I'm boss less. LOL.

LOL! I hear you on that. Same situation here. I'd fall over dead if management showed any sign of appreciation around here.
