29 dollars for the license plate holder? ...the guy in the video even laughed.

Watched that video recently. I laughed too. Looks cool but wayyy overpriced. The nudge bar isn't too bad at 600 and is probably the only thing I'd consider purchasing.

Saw some of these accessories in the wild today while getting my 1st oil change. Still want that nudge bar. Dealer said 500 plus tax without install.

In Canada that option PDC costs $3225 retail and includes nudge bar, off road assist steps, sport bar in the back, and spray in boxliner all as one package.

I can see the value in it, but I personally don't care for the nudge bar, I like a bull bar much more, the nudge bar should at least have light mounts drilled into it. And the sport bar makes it tough to find a tonneau cover choice. So, I wouldn't choose it personally. It should have a rear pre-runner and roof rack to finish it off right.

If i could mount a light bar and a winch to that bar it would be perfect for me

Do they sell that nudge bar for seirra?

After watching that video. I'm not sure I'd care for something like that.

that bed mounted light bar in the video makes the truck look like a honda ridgeline, one of the ugliest trucks that ever has existed. what a ripoff...

The front of the 2016 Silverado's are hideous. And I completely agree with TXT. Looks terrible. There are way better after market offroad options for better prices.

Terrible attempt by GM like usual. It is not off road if you leave the air dam on there plus the bull bar is way too low to the ground. I think it still has the thin plastic skid plate instead of the aluminum one but not sure.

Meh, buy a regular Z71 and upgrade yourself. No offense to those who like 'em but the standard z71 rims, in black or silver are the worst across the K2 lineup.

The bar's skid plate is metal. The construction was very thin and light, I'm not sure if the whole thing was aluminum or thin steel. It's sturdy but I wouldn't trust it to protect your from anything other than brush and small road debris. The cheap Westin I put on my wife's 14 Rav4 is much more heavy duty. Also because of the way the Chevy bar sticks out, it will definitely increase your chances of a nose dive while off road.

I'm actually kinda talking myself out of considering it right now haha. I still love the look of it though, I really do. I'm also a fan of the 16's look, I wasn't until I was able to observe it in person and see the led's at night. That's all personal preference though and doesn't make me love my 15 any less. When they pulled it up from the oil change I was actually thinking damn that's a nice truck...... Oh it's mine! lmao!

This was also my first experience with Chevy or this dealer's service. They were great, wrapped my wheel, chair, and floor mats in plastic to keep them clean. Oil level on the stick is perfect. Hung out with the service manager a bit asking him questions about mods and tuning the truck vs warranty. He said neither there or at the Ford dealership he worked for could they see if an ecu flash had been done and on any failure, they never had an official rep come to check before repair / replacement. He said just flash it back before repair and he knows nothing lol. I know enough to know that "someone" can see it's been done. I just wanted to feel out how this particular place felt about mods and the results were positive. A bit off topic but it's like finding gold when you find a good dealership.
