Stutters while driving

So I replaced my plenium gaskets yesterday, because I replaced the fuel pressure regulator in my 96 5.7 vortec. Along with spark plugs and I have done a complete tune up from the ground up 3 months ago, and sprayed my vacuum lines to check for leaks, and replaced my banks 2 sensor 2 o2 sensor that the scanner said was the issue. I'm stumped on this, any helpful ideas on why my truck ideals fine some times and rough the other, and stutters while I drive but once I floor it it's fine?

did you unhook battery for 30 min or so?

I did the similar o2 repairs.. blamed fuel and on and on.

I also changed all the wires, etc.

By chance unrelated, I unhooked the battery for some rocker panel welding, lo and behold the old truck went to perfect upon restart.

30 minutes unhooked.

I do positive and negative unhook..make it dead as a door nail.

good time to wash it in the yard too.

worth a try.

the ecu will reset, claim good ..but battery unhook really takes it down for changes.

Ya I did that and still same thing is continuing to happen. So I think my spider injectors or fuel pump are my issue

What would be the solution for spider injectors be to keep it factory? Replacing the injectors them selves or something else?

I have the same issue on my 98 5.7L .. idles fine; sometimes its smooth as a kittens purr sometimes its got a miss sometimes worse than others. I do have a CEL on for O2 sensor P0138 but thats because there isn't one LOL!!! No muffler at this time and i have not yet found the O2 sensor wire but I don't think that will cause the stutter.

I've redone all the grounds; and leads to the alt; new alt and pully system. Coil; plugs; cap rotator wires.

Only thing really i know about the engine thus far is 2nd cyl back has a little oil coming through a bad guide valve seal I have a non fouler on it now to keep the plug from getting socked by oil, but I dont think that's really causing the miss.
