You Americans at least can carry a gun. Christ in Canada we would probably be in more trouble than the criminal that stole your wheels! Yeah we have way to many bleeding hearts!

Our trucks' alarm systems are really a joke. They only go off if you open the door. And you can't start the vehicle without the "key." The SUVs have glass break sensors if you get the "upgraded" alarm, but not our trucks.

2 drug teenagers tried to break into my truck on Friday morning 1:30am with 10lb rock they took from my neighbor planter. Clearly they were out of the f...... mind. The rock just bounced against the glass and made huge dent and a gauge on my passenger side.[emoji17]

Deductible wasn't so bad., thankfully police caught them. My wife stopped from going outside while they were doing this., to be honest I'm thankful she did, I don't know what I would've done when I know I can't control myself. Been there done that. I had some close calls, but I'm glad they couldn't break in.

And now i added cámaras around my house and about to install one inside my truck. For now my truck will be in the garage from now on.

Did you guys buy the acorn or duplex acorn version of the 14mm X 1.50? All these pics have me wanting to add another obstacle in the way.. We can't stop them but making it harder always help add another layer of prevention.

Why are you using your deductible? If they are teenagers, thier parents are responsible for thier actions. Make the parents file through thier insurance.

Usually if you tell your insurance that somebody else did it, they will track them down and make them pay. That's one way to handle it.

Title says People Suck... I would like to add that 99.9% of people don't suck then you have the leeches of this earth that we have to deal with. It hurts my soul every time I see somebodies hard earned belonging get vandalized. Sacrilegious, these kids should have their a$$ kicked and tattooed with ''I'm a thief'' and see what their first girlfriend thinks of their a$$. Society in my opinion is too lenient on thieves and the justice systems can only punish to the laws extended definition. Too bad we law abiding citizens have to suffer from the lack of protection provided by the law.

To add to this and my frustration, in 1980 ( I know I'm old ) drove into work one weather alert morning of an in coming snow storm so before I left I threw my snow shoes in the back. ( 2 pairs (in case)) when work was done I walked out and figured I would be able to make it to within 1 Km and would snowshoe the last Km. So I challenged the elements in my then 1979 Chevrolet Citation and made to the bottom of the hill hotel closest to home. Knew I couldn't get any further so parked the car at the hotel and reached in the back for my snowshoes only to find carpet. That's when I started hating thieves, not only did he take one pair which he may have needed but took both pairs and left me with nothing to get home with. I hate thieves. It took me 1 hour to walk home 1 Km in deep snow and wasn't really dressed for blizzard condition. The second time a thief gets caught after a stern warning they should be tatooed with a target in their forehead so you gun holders know where to aim. I hate thieves.

My 07 got broken into in January and I had been hunting that day and put my rifle under the back seat. I was really tired and figured I would deal with it the next morning and low and behold somebody threw a 20 chunk of concrete through the window climbed in stole me gun that was well hidden and left. Never touched anything else and crawled threw the window never opening a door.
