Floor liners. OEM vs, weathertech or husky

Double cab.

I've actually had the 'gear box' out more than it's been in so my pup has more room back there. As winter approaches, I won't be transporting the dog as much and will get more use out of the gear box.

Is that back seat floor mat the shorter one that is suppose to be used with the box or the longer one?

It's the full coverage one. Either can be used with the box. I called husky prior to ordering to confirm it after reading conflicting stuff about the full coverage one working with the box. I wanted the full coverage because of the dog back there. It works perfectly with the gear box.

I have the aries 3d liners. I like that theyre different then what everyone else has. They have a almost carbon fiber like textured look to them. Clean easy, and have a unique velcro like backing so they dont slip.

I have the Weathertechs. They provide good cover and the front mats cover the middle hump in one piece. Material is a bit thin unfortunately.

had husky in my old ford... lasted forevery.. .have WT's in the new ride... nice but like one said above... dirt wont come off.. even after a good scrubbing, and curling on the passenger side.. grrrrr.... but parents bought them for me., so i shouldn't complain.

I have had WT's in my last 3 trucks and i have never had a problem getting them clean and looking new again. simple green and a scrub brush is my method.

Here are some pics of the Husky liners and bed mat. I originally tried the OEM liners at the dealership, but they completely covered the “High Country” plate.

I miss the days of rubber in place of carpet in cheap or old style '50's trucks. Here we spend big bucks for a nicely optioned rig - then spend more to cover up the carpet forever..........

:dunno:

This is true.

Well I saw this too late to help you but if you flip the OEM liners over there is a line where you trim them to fit around the sill plate ...

Anyone have oem floor liners front and rear? Good? Bad?

looks like husky liners are less $$$ than OEM

been looking at husky at auto anything and mud flaps. Oem liners Ebay?

I had WT in the fronts but they started folding and got slippery. Switched out for Husky X-act Contours and love them. For the back I got the GM two piece full coverage and they fit and work great.

I have the OEM floor liners in my 2016 Silverado crew cab.  They fit amazingly well and are made of great material.  A perfect fit.  The only drawback is the front driver side mat has a cut out that provides no protection directly underneath the gas pedal.  You either let that go or find a piece of rubber/plastic to slide under there. Some folks taken a second front floor liner and cut pieces out of it to glue to the first liner to match the contours and provide gas pedal protection as well.

Love my huskys, had em for about 6 months no slip issues or curling issues so far, just trying to keep them clean before and after
