As much as I have enjoyed my '17 max tow 6.2. it got traded this week.

19980 good miles

Had to have the front camera system serviced last week, on the second visit I waited several hours and was looking around the lot.............

and asked to drive an '18 Denali HD Duramax.

Late in the afternoon I was informed the new module didn't correct lane guidance and associated systems, the sales mgr. had looked at my truck and they offered $5200 less than I paid new for it. After 12mo and 20k miles

Picked it up Thursday and left Sat for Fla. travel trailer in tow.

Pics to follow

Nice color! Nice change of pace from all the white and black denali's.

Thanks

Called red quartz, a bit brighter than the last truck.

Black and white trucks are everywhere, had no interest in them.

Only other color I wanted was Mineral metallic, but none to be found in the north east

Very nice!

Towing comparison vs your 6.2? Betting more confident, up and down hills no problem, etc. harsher ride and no lane keep assist but...

445hp at 2800 rpm

910 ft lbs of torque at 1600rpm!

Oh yeah!

Oh yeah, is accurate.....lol

Thru the mountains from PA to SC on I77 towing 9000# set the cruise at whatever speed you desire occasionally would drop one gear. Gear changes are perfect

Ride is firmer for sure, Ranchos still suck....lol Bilsteins are going on

I miss the Intellabeam headlights, still don't understand why they are not there......

Towing mileage is better, but empty mileage is lower

But ohhhhh that torque

You think it has torque now, Delete all the emissions crap and get her tuned and then you'll know what torque  is.  Just saying................

Nice truck!  There is one identical to this at my dealer.  I pointed it out to my wife as my "lottery winning" truck.
