G80 rear diff fluid?

What's everyone running for fluid in their rear diff with the G80 locker? I can't find any good info outside of going to the stealership for the fluid.

Amsoil Sever Gear is the best rear diff fluid. All I use for 15 years, during service it still looks new 30k later.

Yup..it's great stuff....the GM brand is good too!  NO Friction modifiers in whatever you get is all that really matters....Weight is subject to debate.

Weight depends on what temps the rear end will see.  Climate also can play into that as well.

GM.  If you go with another brand, no friction modifier.

In addition to Amsoil, Mobil 1 is used by quite a few members. And as noted you need to no friction modifier additive for the G80. 75w-90

RedLIne 75W90 normal service. Shock Proof Heavy if your whaling on it.

That's what I normally use is redline. I had seen the NS stuff, but didn't know one that had used it.

I have never been disappointed by a Redline product.
