B&W Tow & Stow Hitch....Wanna Swap? Class V for IV

Long and short of it.... Sold my Ram 3500 for a Sierra 1500 and I had just bought a B&W Tow and Stow hitch Class V for 2 1/2 in receiver with 7 1/2 in drop/rise and 3 way ball in January. Only used it one time when I moved from Whidbey Island to Idaho in Feb. I did not plan on selling the dually but things happen. If anyone is in a similar situation where they have a Class IV but need a Class V and want a swap, let me know....

  Ha!! So GM Customer service, ive already been talking with someone on your email team and there is nothing they can do. So pretty consistent with everyone else’s experience- you can do NOTHING.. worthless emails. Sure glad i have 4 GM cars on our family cuz now its clear you dont care.. Sad and pathetic.
