It's SO true ! I did many driveway motor swaps back in the day, brings back some fond memories of my "hotrods" It seems kids these days just want to sit at the computer and have no interest in the trades . I mentored a young man about 15 years ago. He is now a troubleshooter for GM, they send him allover the country to diagnose the undiagnosible, makes HUGE $. Try that sitting at a desk. Thanx again diyer for brightening my day!

I agree with your comments but it's nice to have people like picture #2.  My grandson may not be able to identify 3/4 of the tools in my shop, but he can make my phone and laptop do things I didn't know were possible!
