JUST GOT MY 2020 TRAVERSE A WEEK AGO...THE NAV SCREEN IS WASHED OUT AND NEARLY UNUSABLE.  THE SCREEN ITSELF IS NOT DEFECTIVE AS THE RADIO SCREEN AND OTHERS HAVE SHARP CONTRAST.  I SUSPECT IT IS A SOFTWARE DEFECT FOR THE NAV FUNCTION.  I WILL COMPLAIN LOUDLY TO MY DEALER NEXT WEEK WHEN I TAKE IT IN FOR SOME BODY WORK.

Mine was washed out when I picked it up from the dealer.  I then activated the connected part through Onstar and the navigation looked fine.  I suspect it will go back to being washed out when my 30 day trial is up.
