Is there any rubbing? Do you have any pics at full lock inside wheel well? it looks good!

Thanks! No rubbing so far but it’s pretty close. I’ve reversed it and gone forward on my driveway at a decent turn/speed to see if it would rub and nothing. I’ll report back if I do later. Hard to tell by the pic but the tread is about 1/2-3/4” away from touching.

She sits good. Nice and level. Honestly with the tow mirrors, lift and 35s it reminds me alot of a 2500. It sits big and proud

No issues here, I stayed on the safe side and just went with the 1".  I know a lot of others were going with the 1.5" but I really worried about using either of those.  But a guy on the FB groups said he personally talked to Motofab and they recommended going with just the 1".  So far no issues and I love it.  I started with a 2" rake, now I am at about 3/4" rake.

How’s the 1” lift so far? Do you have any pics of your UCA angle?

Are you guys correcting your speedometer? If so, any recommendations? I only find in-line correction, solutions.  Is that because platform is to new?

I still wanna do this just havent been able to. No ones cracked the computer yet to make a programmer. Only option is a new ECM that costs like 3k or some ******. But hopefully soon. But honestly with 35s I don't even notice that they are big. I do a ton of mountain driving with no issue

Rough Country and Hypertech are two companies I'm aware of selling plug and play correctors.

Rough Country 1.5". Cooper STMAXX 295/70/18, no rub, off about 3MPH at 65MPH. Fuel mileage sucks, not that I am too cautious of it but I mainly drive city and average about 13-14 continually. Not a great picture but all have on my work computer.

So I am thinking of putting some 295/70/18 Nitto ridge grapplers onto my Trail Boss.

But just question to the guys that have been running a heavier tire set up.  How is are the stock components holding up to the additional weight of the tires?   Anyone experience any mechanical failure, suspension issues ? Seems everything in that size range is much heavier than the stock duratracs ?  How is road driving, much harsher ?

Cheers

The biggest difference will be E rated tires. It rides stiffer so you’ll definitely feel it. As far as the weight, I don’t feel too much of it. I have the Falkens and they are heavier.

Factory Trail Boss suspension.

1.25" BORA spacers.

35x12.5 BFG KO2s.

Removed mud/aero flaps. Removed front wheel well brackets. Pinned back front wheel well liners with self tapping screws.

Almost no rub. Tire kisses felt liner at full lock.

Thanks to @Ryguy and everybody else who posted on the forum.

Nitto Ridge Grapplers 295/70/18 with 1.5 RC level up front.  Speedometer is off 3mph with the larger tires.  Ride is similar to stock Wranglers.
