Unsettling Experience

The road itself was flooded a few weeks before so it had quite a bit of dirt on it.

It was straight and dry that day.

I was going 35 and let off the gas. No brakes.

The rear axle shuddered and I was quite a bit off angle-wise, forcing me to steer from hitting the guy.

I am a little pissed about that, I bought that a week ago. I have never experienced that in any one of my vehicles.

It's a safety issue, Sherlock

I’m trying to figure out wtf actually happened here? You slid on gravel? What?

It was a very dirty road. Still surprised at how it went off angle wise.

Fortunately, I had two arms to steer it back. No braking, no gagging, no steering

Gassing. I meant to say gassing but I realized I'd sound worse

That would suck.

Was the engine still running?

Did you get lights flashing in the DIC?

What happened next?

No flashing, it was running. Still surprised at how the rear axle shuddered and I got off angle wise. At least 15 degrees. Had to steer, poor guy jumped in his lawn. Don't think he got my plates so I'm good

I'm regretting the purchase.

No pressure on any of the pedals on a dry terrain. It shouldn't be off angle wise.

Should have stuck with a Ford, it never did that. That Chevy is a piece of shit, there, I said it, you Chevy fanboys.

Washboard roadway?  My Ford will kick sideways on that type of surface.

DILLY DILLY  :flag:   I was driving down the road and a deer ran out in front of my

Chevy.   .Piece of crap, never happened with my Jeep.

I still would never expect it to be out of angle. Been driving on that road for years.
