Swapping Center Seat to Console

@4bangerIf you are talking about my truck, it is not a 5 seater.  I have a seat in the center of the two bucket seats, but I am looking to change it to the Center Seat that has the lockable storage under the seat in addition to the storage in the top of the seat.  I also want the USB port which has A & C ports, and a 12V power supply.  
 

Does anyone know what the part number would be for the seat?

Is there another option of getting under seat lockable storage on the Center Front Seat, such as just getting the portion of the seat that you sit on which has lockable storage and use the seat back from my seat to make the seat that I am looking to get for my truck?

Just a broad statement, I see guys with the 5 seat looking to get to 6 seat, 100% the right play. Don’t understand the other play. Shifter on the column and room for rifle butts on the floor and girls to get close to lol. Date a single mom with kids or a dog too? Gotta keep that versatility max with a pick me up truck this big.

Have Ebony Leather jump seat with under seat storage, want to swap for full center console!

After waiting 14 months from my original 2022 order my 2023 3500HD finally came home today.

Unfortunately, the original 2022 order that was never picked up due to allocation difficulties.

It was reordered July 22 as a 2023 MY. Due to someone’s screw up, not sure if it was dealer or GM but the code for bucket seats was omitted.
Meanwhile, December 1, 2022, the small single location dealership I ordered the truck from was purchased by a larger dealership group.

This dealership is telling me there is nothing they can do because it isn’t available as a kit and they didn’t place the order.

 

If anyone is interested, I have a high spec leather jump seat with under seat storage, rear vents, and 2 rear USB charge ports out of a 2023 3500HD LT. 

Would like to swap for a full center console. LT or even LTZ.

Willing to kick in some cash for price difference.

I ran into the same issue on my 2022 1500 custom. The harness was different for my full console and also my coolant gauge shows 160 just like yours. Also my check engine light came on as well. I took it to the dealer and they wanted to charge over $1,200 to order a harness and fix the issue for me, I gladly passed on that offer and am still trying to figure out what to do in order to fix the issue. Anyone know which harness I would need to order and also if all of the features of the console will function? TIA!

Welcome to the forum. You have a 2022 1500 Custom. Is this truck the refresh or not? What center console did you install? What year truck did the console come out of. I need to figure out if your truck is a refreshed model or not and if the console came out of a refreshed truck or not. Getting all of the features of the console to function is dependent on whether your used console that you installed into your truck is electrically compatible with your truck. I have done this full center console swap twice into 2 different Trail Boss Customs. One was pre-refresh and my current truck is a 2023 refresh truck.
