that huge load is also affecting your fuel injection timing whether you know it or not. the computer has to switch over to a new map table to run the fuel injection and lower voltages.  not that you care , its just those DIrect injector suck lots of power too, and the fuel pump, electric power steeering, entertainment system etc.... yeah your alternator is on the verge of meltdown for sure!  can you add a second alternator using oem parts?

I think the first thing is he should see just how many amps are being drawn with everything on and pulling the max amperage.
