Those look nice.  How low below the pinch weld do they sit?

Very tight. Less than an inch from that bottom edge. When I get a chance I'll measure it.

Thanks. I'm looking more for the distance to the bottom of the step.  I had the RC DS2s and they sat way too low.  Then these round ones and they are even worse!

I live in Hawaii so winter has only meant more rain then usual. I'm starting to see a tiny bit of chrome on the leading edge of the plastic step since they couldn't take the plastic off to get the wrap under. It's small though and doesn't look like it's gonna peel anytime soon.

I just had AMP Research 76254-01A PowerStep Electric Running Boards put on my 2020 GMC 2500HD Denali and they are great. I have an ankle injury and the stock steps were worthless. The stock step sat too close to the truck and were not much lower than the door sill. These power steps are lower and sit away from the truck so they are way more ergonomic. This insures I will use them and will also save my leather sets. I won’t be dragging my butt off the edge of the seat while sliding out of the truck as I did with the stock steps. I will get pictures in the next few days and post them.

Added the HD2s.  I really like them.  Sit up nice and tight on the pinch weld so they dont reduce clearnace much.  I can still roll under the truck on a creeper to change oil without needed to put on ramps.
