For those that have lifted or leveled their new trucks.  Did this require a camera or sensor recalibration?  Just curious to how the increased height affects the camera angles, blind spot sensors, etc.

Let me if you have done anything.

Thanks

I'd like to hear also but from what I've read, others have said no issues with levels.  With the GM 2" lift I think part of the package is to recalibrate.  Beyond that, no idea.  Also, headlights light up other drives with the rake so I'd hate to see how they blast others with a level and/or lift!

Yeah, make sure your headlights are aimed below horizontal.

I don't think 2" will make much difference to anything else you mentioned.

6" BDS lift. I have been cautious because I wasn't sure how cameras or sensors would be affected by the lift. The only thing that I have observed that really changed is the look angle on the front grill camera. When looking at the camera on the screen there is a very small outer edge of the image that appears elongated by the change in the camera height.

Otherwise, all of the other sensors seem to be operating as expected, even the blind spot monitoring. 20191108_1520351.thumb.jpg.22c34181cc0334c98c10d13a375b6f22.jpg

Thanks, I appreciate it. Now the wheel well covers are too short which make the control arms stick out like a sore thumb, & my short wife needs a step stool to get in, haha.

I have a 6" lift on my 23 AT4 and noticed the surround camera (from above) doesn't show true.  I plan on asking GM if there's a way to recalibrate.
