So I was at the dealership today and reviewed what I needed to make this happen, the part # we apparently need is 84613793 if this is input into gmpartsdirect it does not give me a picture of it, but it did at the dealerships, and it came with everything needed.  Ordering today, wish me luck.
How did u make out with the swap

Did your grill come in yet? There is a "trim" filler piece that looks like it would be required as well I think.  Part # 84678988, part #6 in diagram. I would it would assume it would need to be painted to match.

I really wish they would have offered HC grill as a option by itself.

Yes Im curious as well, has anyone done the swap yet?? What parts do you need and how hard was it? Trying to get quotes from dealers on parts but havent heard back yet.

Haven't done that swap but i did mine

After having mine apart and looking at things there are some unused clip spots that I'm assuming get used with the high country setup

Eventually want to do this high Country grill swap. Curious if they sell painted black to match, or if I gotta do that myself? Want it all blacked out...

Just went to the dealership to confirm fitment and price it all out, you need two parts,  GM# 84691991(grille) & GM# 84678988 (lower fascia). The lower fascia is paint to match so you will have to have it painted.  Everything is fully interchangeable. Ordered mine up today. Will post pics when its done.

I removed the stock grille, wasn't too bad. You have to remove outer fascias first to get grille off. They have  snap in clips  and one bolt behind the fender flare. Be prepared to buy replacement clips, they are very brittle, snapped a few of mine off pulling fender flare and fascias out.

For those of you who were curious. Here is a high country grille swap on a 2020 HD  Ltz. What a difference, The grille is part GM # 84691991 ($963.00) but you also have to buy the lower fascia GM #84678988 ($504). The fascia arrives primed and must be painted to match. Mine is currently at the paint booth getting sprayed. Everything bolted right up and snapped right in.  Granted I do have a ltz premium but I dont think that made a difference. Pic below of grille installed! Any questions on details feel free to hit me up.
