Its getting the grille and bow tie blacked out Monday.   Ill post pics then.  

 

I'm trying to black out all the chrome and some other stuff including door handles after the grille.   I may dip the wheels....not sure yet.

You can get a black grill as an accessory from GM.

Yeah, 400 is a bit more than I wanna spend too.. .. if I were to wrap it, would you go black matte finish or gloss finish?

I kinda like the grill bar cover idea.  I was all set to get another grill, but maybe not.

Tough question now that there are choices.  The accessory grill looks gloss black and I was gonna go with that.  Wrapping though gives a lot of choices.  There are a few choices of black to choose from, maybe carbon fiber.

Thought I'd post this here too....

 

My truck goes in for wrap later this week.  Im Having my painted grille wrapped black like this white RST pictured.   

 

Mine is Satin steel metallic.  I can't decide which will look better....matte black or gloss black?

 

The bow tie will also be black.  

 

Which one????

Yes lots of rubbing. I did all the fender mods without cutting metal to make them fit.

I got my black bow tie and factory black grille installed today!!   All blacked out now, just two things left:

 

Air dam delete

Hyper dip black the wheels

 

I'd like to black out the door handles if I can figure a good way to do them.

You need to add "delete ugly-ace whip antenna" to your life.
