Pause button is missing on my 2019 Z71 LTZ with Bose

I still have my 2014 Silverado LT (215,000 miles and still looks, runs and drives great) and I really like being able to pause the radio, AM, FM, and XM.  I use this a lot when I’m out doing short service calls.  
But my new truck doesn’t have this feature?  I just took it for granted that it would be there on a loaded truck like my Z71 LTZ with Bose.  The radio really sounds great but I miss the pause button. Does anyone know if this feature can be added, or maybe I’m missing something?  Thanks

From what I understand it hasn’t been there for years. Thought I read some form of it came back in 2020 but I could be wrong.

Yup, gone for the 2016 MY and back on the 2020s, at least for the XM portion.

Yea it's gone. My '14 Sierra had a hard drive with rewind and pause but my '16 didn't.
