Strange issues with key fobs not battery.

I have a 2015 GMC Sierra and a 2014 Chevy Cruze neither vehicles key fob will work when within 30 feet of another vehicle at the house a 2012 Hyundai Elantra. If I move the Elantra they both work fine. The Elantra has no issues with the key fob. What kind of signal could the Elantra be releasing to block the signal of only to the other two vehicles? I am stumped on this. Thanks for any help.

Update unplugging battery from Elantra and letting sit didn't work, GM vehicles key fob still won't work. 

Update 2: Driving the Elantra for a while will help. Once driven and parked the key fobs for the other cars will work for a time. After three hours the other fobs start getting spotty after 7 they will not work again.
