Can I ask what it cost you?  PM me if you'd rather not post it. I have been considering very similar mods.

I’ll be using this same cam on my 5.3. How is the streetability with it?hows the idle sound? Texas speed says you can still run the stock torque converter with this cam, and I’m hoping that’s the case

It idles around 800 probably gonna turn it down 50 or so. No problems on stick converter. I will get a clip uploaded as soon as I figure it out

800 isn’t so bad, considering my truck now idles at 550, thanks for the quick reply

Cool stuff. Exactly what I want to do to mine when my extended warranty is up. I thought I read on the TSP site that your shouldn't go above their SV cam with stock converter but nice to see you have no problems. Do you have a dyno sheet you can post? I'm curious to see the torque curve. Could you also PM me the cost as well if you don't mind? Thanks

Ok I understand now. Good deal I was thinking I would only be able to go stage 1 at the max. No wonder why most YouTube vids show folks with Stage 2 cams.
