Governor was nice enough to tell them to be safe and wear masks as they riot. Okay to ruin innocent people’s livelihoods, as long as you don’t spread a mostly harmless virus while doing so.


Wonder how the genius liberals here will feel when the virus wasn’t the end of the world, like they said it would be. But their own mob was.

Funny how Coronavirus doesn't exist anymore in Kenosha, the media was sure quick to give their hourly update on the sturgis covid count though....

The good new is acceleration has stopped. The bad news is the level is OVER 3 times higher. 

It was taking 12.5 days to add a million cases. Now it is 4 days with a few periods of 3.5 days per million.

 

I know, I know it's been awhile since I looked at this thread but it's kind of like Days' of our Lives. Miss a few months and you're still story current. I see the MOOK still pleading that the mask a surgeon wears to keep from giving his patient a deadly bug is spreading the COVID-19 bug. That must be some really good Kool-Aid.  I guess those that remediate asbestosis and lead should stop using mask to better prevent lead poisoning and mesothelioma. I wonder if   Weitz & Luxenberg and Simmons Hanly Conroy know these are unwinnable cases. 

 

Heard in the shop two days ago the prediction that this virus disappears after the election. I asked if they thought that 240 countries were all in on the conspiracy. I might need to find a new shop. YIKES the looks I got. WOW.

I hate poly tics and everyone knows that but I do know a when a person hasn't got a single intelligent thing to say.

Looking at the recent NFL testing and how small of a sample it is and how flawed the testing is for this virus i dont think it is out of the question to think that maybe a large chunk of these non symptom positives are actually false and they have nothing! No expense is spared either for the NFL testing, they are using whatever the newest and best methods are available while our states use anything they can get their hands on, take away all of the non symptom having positives and what would the numbers look like?

Grumpy’s is the exact type of argument I’d expect from someone who still has no real world evidence masks are doing anything. If there was, he would post that instead of drawing parallels that don’t exist.
 

But stick with it, you almost had me with the asbestos comparison! Every time I see those professional remediation guys, they are wearing masks made from old t-shirt scraps. Or maybe those Chinese surgical masks. Not. 


And calling people stupid always works too! You really learned us!

 

Many places are now specifying that asymptomatic people do not / should not be tested. Wonder why?

Good question and one I can't answer. I have no idea what or how the other 239 countries are doing this or how they report. Remember this is a world chart, not the USA. Okay?

We won't know because this media is clearly not interested at all in finding out, which makes me even more suspicious of what we are being told. Remember when journalist use to work and actually research and dig for information, man those were the days.......

The pre and post mask requirement for weekly confirmed cases is on avg the exact same here in Minnesota. So as many ask here, how is it doing any good if the numbers don't change??

 

It must have been less dangerous before the mask mandate or something.

Everyone a new safe zone for coronavirus can be found, in front of Jeff Bezos home ?. To of course go along with other completely safe from coronavirus cities like Chicago, Kenosha, Los Angeles, Portland, NYC and of course the always friendly chop zone in Soymolia Seattle!

 

 

Looks like the raise that was celebrated to a 15 an hour minimum wage not even 2 years ago is no longer enough, you ask what is, well obviously 30 an hour of course. They even brought the friendly always peaceful guillotine out to really get us citizens behind them! Yup nothing about the fact we have a pandemic right now, just proof of how allowing what leftist have allowed has a large price, want a raise well just threaten to chop your bosses head off now. I hope the many that support this anarchy because Trump hurts their feelings will enjoy the future they are all trying to create for themselves!

Also of note, CDC acknowledged what we already could have assumed...only 6% of COVID deaths had no co-morbidities. On average there were 2.6 additional conditions or causes of death.

Driving around this weekend here in up state Illinois. Wow. Packed bars and camp grounds. Yard party city. Masks? What masks? Yards are full of Trump signs. Right after day four of the RNC. Which I watched his acceptance speech. Another major WOW. There are several reasons I hate Poly-Tics.

Did you watch the dnc? Anyway, why is it we have to wait for a vaccine to move forward? Because that’s what it seems to be, right? But yet, 99% of the people who get it don’t need a vaccine to get over it. Why did the cdc release this info now? I truly want to know the reason or the angle.

Could it be the pressure it is getting from the powers that be? 

 

Not that it matters to most but after the election is all said and done what will change is the reporting. The virus could care less bout Poly-TICKS. Those that die will die and those that live will live. Spin...that is what changes. 

 

Right now they are spinning for the vote. Both sides. All sides. All sides that.....never mind......

The virus doesn't exist at giant rallies either, just ask the thousands of people in DC this weekend........

 

I can get basically obliterated with words and stares if I go into a building without a mask or whatever but if I want to protest on the next band wagon topic, it's all good and nobody will judge or say a word. BECAUSE IT'S THE "MANS" FAULT AND SOMEBODY EXCEPT ME NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT.

      2018 Silverado Console USB Port Not Working

      My centre console USB ports haven’t been working and the one in the glovebox is starting to act up. When I plug my phone into the cord the radio will go black and stop playing, and the CarPlay is inconsistent.   I checked the fuses and they were fine. I changed the USB port out and still nothing. Hoping for some advice on what I should be looking at.

      The truck is a 1995 Chevrolet S10 Blazer, 4.3 VIN "W" engine. :cracks knuckles:   On a whim - because I needed a headache - this truck was for sale so I stopped to take a look. Doesn't run. Well, it does, but barely. Long crank, choppy idle, bad misfire(s), it REEKS of fuel. I can DO this..I'm thinking. Diamond in the rough. One owner until last year. A young guy is selling it, he bought it 6 months ago. It stranded him more than once, he's got a newborn. It was in the shop 10 days ago and he "thinks" they said it needs a new fuel injection system. He can't put any more money into it, needs it gone. I was thinking of upgrading my Macbook, which is a total want, not a need. For less than the price of a new laptop I can have fun for months tinkering on this truck and enjoying it. I'm taking this truck home. The guy was beyond thrilled, his wife was there, she thanked me profusely, I could tell they were hurting. They seemed like good people in a bind.   Some parts, a wash, maybe a set of tires, and I can have a few months of fun and then turn it for beer money (or the next project).   Sure enough, there's a work order from a shop last week in the INCHES of paperwork on this truck dating back to when the first owner bought it. They put a new distributor in it, fuel injection work describes basically opening the plenum and putting it back together. He said he couldn't afford any more work so he had them button it up and that's when he put it up for sale.   I'm not well versed in 4.3. I did discover 1995 uses the 1992-1995 SCPI "Spider" injector which is riddled with issues from splitting lines, clogged or cracked poppet valves and plastic spider legs that crumble over time. Cool. I'll just order me a ne---. Oh, the auto parts store doesn't have it? Rock Auto doesn't have it. eBay? $$$$$$ for used. These are UNAVAILABLE period end of story unless you know "a guy" who's still got one in a box somewhere.   Can't upgrade to the '96-'04 injector, it's a different plenum, wiring/pinout and sensor config.   There are a few kinda "know a guy" -guy rebuild services for these injectors out there for about $350. Okay, Okay... I'd like to know if anyone has used them? Anyone got a lead on these crappy 92-95 spiders?   I also don't want to send MY spider to Narnia and back without knowing if that's truly the problem. I guess I'll need to pull apart the plenum and do some digging.   I was also thrown for a loop. This 1995 model year truck has an OBD-II connector. The interface is decidedly not OBD-II. I can read and reset trouble codes and view live data, but there's not a lot of data. Like misfire count and on what cylinder, that's not there. It's OBD-1.5.   Nothing is ever easy. Now it makes sense why this guy wanted to disappear this thing for cheap. I'm guessing the shop told him the injector is toast, the part is unobtainable and they're not going to sort sending the thing to a rando offering rebuild service on craigslist, and the kid likely can't be without a working car for 3 weeks even if they'd facilitate that.   Experience with these early SCPI's? Stories? Things to check? Sympathy? (..Nah...)   This can sit until I sort it. But I haven't had a problem with a vehicle I couldn't easily solve in a long time.

      I have four that read by the dash 8 to 10% better than miles/pump calculations and I have one that is spot on.
