I don’t understand why not. They have the resources and small block heritage behind them to seriously Start a performance street truck division and put a huge hinder into Ford and Rams off roaders.  A blown LS7 could easily push 800+ hp and be very reliable.
A buddy of mine just bought 09 Z06 and absolutely loves the 7.0L.
I’d sign on the line the minute it hit showroom floors and I guarantee many others on here would join me.

100% agree with you brother. I think a blown 7.0 would be awesome as I mentioned but they need R&D etc etc. they already have two  6.2 blower motor cars. One with 1.7 blower and the other with 2.7. These motors would be nice in a Silverado. Wider track , more travel , 35s , under body protection , major offroad prowess. Cmon GM give it to us !  Ram already sold out all of their TRXs before they even come out.

Here is mine.. Zero time to drive it. Just sits The 7.0 is glorious. And the lightweight made it a phenomenal machine.

Love it. My buddies is Silver. Sweet looking car. He has headers, cam, exhaust, and tune in it currently. Doesn’t know if he wants to supercharge it or not.

I am very leery towards electronic transmissions and I don't see myself shifting it faster especially if doing it by feel. We had a Silver Spur and the GM400 which was obviously connected electronically to the column shifter. As the car got older, the waiting time to feel the click going from "P" to "D" was taking longer and longer. A few times, she'd forget and hit the gas after shifting, causing the car to thrust. Sure, it was smooth shifting it but I preferred the 1972 Kingswood where the shifter of the SAME transmission had that manual, meaty and clunky, feel to it, and I found it much easier as I didn't have to go slow to make sure I picked the right one.

If you are getting a basic or low option truck, you wouldnt be getting a large screen anyway.  The large screen would be with the "high end" stereo which includes Nav.

I would like the larger screen as it would give you a larger, easier to view screen when using split screen mode (ie: displaying Nav and Radio).  As it is now, the Nav map is mostly useless in split screen.

Just an option. Cheaper then a new ride:

That looks pretty damn good actually. Amazing how much life it gives the K2 interior. Pretty neat that it also looks it’s stock for the most part.
