Well he said he is having fun so that means scaring people but you need to be careful there are cases where people having train horns scaring people and had a heart attack and died well the people around him got his tag and was arrested also several cases where the people with the horns was followed and beat up to the point he was hospitalized also they caused accidents to other drivers. I saw a guy get beat up becauae he hid behind a door and scared another person by shouting, "BOO!" By this argument we should stop shouting boo at everybody, too.

period

The period (also known as a full stop, especially in British English) is a punctuation mark ( . ) primarily used to indicate the end of a sentence. It appears as a single dot on the bottom line of the text, and it comes immediately after the last word of the sentence without a space.

Has anyone tried to mount this?

Seems like a good sound.  Seems like it is small enough to hide somewhere up under the hood.

I'm not trying to get into the fun vs jerk debate.  I don't use the horn very often, but normally when I do I really like to send a message to some knucklehead who deserves it.  The only people I'll scare with it on purpose might be my kids...
