I do the same thing with Shell. Mobil, local, is always 50 cents a gallon higher than the most expensive Shell V Power.

I went up north deer hunting this weekend. The farther I got from the big cities, the more the price kept dropping. I paid $2.53 a gallon at a station on my way home, while all the stations in town where I live are still at $3.17 a gallon.

 

Most other stations up that way were around $2.80ish a gallon.

Still $2.48 lowest price, but price is up .30 cents at a few other locations over yesterday

Paid $2.58 in city yesterday, $2.98 in our little town.
