2008 Silverado Leveling

Recommended Posts

Hello I am looking into leveling a 2008 Silverado extra cab Z71 4X4, I am thinking on using 1 inch or 1.5 inch lower strut spacers, not looking for full level due to when I load it up it will be level. Has anyone done this and what results have you had using these spacers or any issues (handling or)?

Thank you for your time and response. Ron

If you are using spacers, just get the cheap $40 ones... given the age of the truck, I would consider swapping out the front shocks with something like Bilstein that would include the level in the shock.

Either route you go will require an alignment to correct too much toe in.
