I installed the Ready Lift SST leveling kit on my 2019 Custom Trailboss about 8 months ago and have recently noticed some rattling when going over bumps. After checking the torque on everything and finding that nothing was loose, I did find that there seemed to be some wear in the tie rods and lower ball joints. I decided to replace the sway bar links, tie rod ends, CV shafts, and lower ball joints. I ordered some lower ball joints which I believed would replace the old ones. However, once I removed the lower ball joint on the passenger side, I found that the one's I ordered were not the same and have now discovered that no one is making replacement lower ball joints for the 2019+ trucks, so it looks like I'm going to have to order a whole new lower control arm. I suppose it's easier to just change the lower control arm but replacing just the ball joints is about four times cheaper.

How much lift did you install and how many miles on your truck?

I installed the Readylift 2 inch lift on the front in addition to the factory 2 inch lift. I've got about 85,000 miles now.

Update: I have replaced the tie rods, CV Shafts, sway bar links, and the passenger side lower control arm. Whatever rattle was there previously when going over bumps is gone.

Glad to hear it.  I haven't yet replaced the LCAs, was it a difficult time to line them up at the right angle before snugging the bolts?

Do you happen to have the links for everything? I have the same problem with my drivers side after installing the same kit.
