Looking to lower my ‘16 Sierra regular cab z71 4WD with a 4/6 drop

Been looking at IHC https://ihcsuspension.com/product/chevy/2014-2016/2014-2018-gm1500-single-cab-aluminum-and-stamped-46-lowering-kit/and Maxtrac https://dv8dz9.com/collections/suspension/products/maxtrac-2014-2018-gmc-sierra-1500-4wd-all-cabs-3-5-or-4-6-premium-drop-kit-334270?_pos=57&_fid=1cd1016db&_ss=c

my question is would it be better with the control arms and spindles or just control arms.

Its subjective.

I have had the DJM drop kit that came with control arms. It was a lot of work to make it work or look nice. That went to me looking into spindles, the spindle drop kit sometimes costs more than the control arm kit. The rumor is the spindle kit works better on pre 2019 trucks and the control arm kit works better on 2019+

IHC has a lot of positive in the way their kits are built, how it feels when its installed

Belltech is a good brand

DJM isnt bad, but could be better. I believe MaxTrac is a sister/cost effective company of DJM.

For your options listed, I'd say go with IHC.

I am a fan of DJM - Installed the Eibach adjustable coilovers up front (2018 SILVY)
