It is either too cold to engage the a/c and the computer is over rideing your a/c request, or it could be low on refrigerant and won't let it come on. I would try to get it somewhere warm, maybe in a garage for a while, let the truck thaw out, then start and try it. If it comes on it just too cold outside.

Got an owners manual? If you don't, you can download one here.

From the manual.....

Air Conditioning

#(Air Conditioning): Press this button to turn

the air conditioning (A/C) compressor on and

off. The snowflake symbol will appear on

the display when the A/C is on and will turn off

when the air conditioning is off.

Pressing this button when the outside temperature

is too cool for air conditioning will make the

snowflake symbol flash three times and then turn

off to let you know the air conditioning mode is

not available. If the air conditioning is on and the

outside temperature drops below a temperature

which is too cool for air conditioning to be effective,

the snowflake symbol will turn off to let you

know the air conditioning mode has been

canceled.

I don't feel so bad as it was a balmy 38 degrees. Going to drop though as we're expecting snow tomorrow.
