Seo Colors

I saw at my local dealership a Tangier Orange RCSB silvy. HOnestly it really didnt look that bad, Z-71 package, pretty loaded up. i thought orange would look like crap, but it didnt, even with the all black front end. Just wondering though how many other colors are available as an SEO?? The "Eogld" site only lists 4 colors,(orange, doeskin, woodland green and wheatland yellow) but from what I searched for on here there are quite a few more at an extra $$ .. Does anyone have list of colors that would be available?? .. Also is the SEO available in a Crew Cab??
