Spent a few hours getting her all cleaned up this morning so I thought I'd snap a few pics. I just had the 285/70/17 Duratracs mounted up, I'm very pleased with the tires so far.

Thanks for the compliments guys I appreciate it. I used some Turtle Wax Polish on it, it's for fine scratches in the clear coat i'll have to double check to be exact. The polish worked real well and it seemed as I was wiping it off the paint color just kept getting deeper and deeper looking. I'm real pleased with it.

The tires don't make a sound until 60mph and even then it's just a very slight hum, don't have hardly any miles on them yet but so far I'm extremely pleased.

do you got a lift or leveling kit on it??? look badass

RC 2" leveling kit, hope to pickup a Zone 1.5" BL in the near future to cap things off nicely.

did you only polish it? your title says you waxed it, but above you said you used Turtle Wax Polish.

Polish is used to clean the paint and remove fine swirls/scratches

Wax is used to protect the paint from the sun, water spots, tree sap, bird droppings, etc.

did you use their ICE paste Polish or the conventional polish compound? their ICE paste polish isn't really a polish, but a glaze that fills in scratches to make them less apparent. if you didn't wax over that polish, the scratches will reappear after the first wash or rain.

if you didn't wax it.... get on it! you want that reflection to last don't you :) your truck looks great!
