While thankfully Jersey is small enough that you can blast through it on the turnpike on one tank of gas, though I can't say I'd have much reason to go anywhere near Jersey for non-business trips. Same goes for Oregon. I'd like to take a cross country trip some day but will not visit any states that don't honor my CPL.

So avoid the whole west coast, and NY and NJ

My permit is good in Washington. But I'd pass on Oregon and California. No need to take any special trip to the northeast, I spent the first 27 years of my life there and seen most everything worth seeing for the time being. Mainly I want to see the southwest and the Rocky Mountain region as I haven't spent much time in those places.

Had an awesome Father's Day. My daughter helped me clean up the truck for a Fathers Day car show, won a couple of raffles, won the $225.00 50/50 drawing and won the truck class at the show. Ate a big 'ol steak after the show, compliments of the 50/50, and then topped it all off with my daughter singing and playing the guitar with a song she wrote for me for Father's Day.

Colormatched flares, handles and mirrors, complete debadge, dump exhaust. I'll give you a pass on new wheels. :jester:

She off roads her truck too much to bother painting the flares

N.J only has Full Service. Its actually against the law here to pump your own Gas.

Must be hard living around so many stupid people

That's like saying you shouldn't bother painting a truck that offroads.

I take it on trails and dunes occasionally that's what a trucks for

Not to burst your bubble but I am positive the truck was originally used/designed for towing. All the other stuff people use it for popularized it to what some like to do today I.e. offroading.

Well yea but I'm talking as far as for me that's what it's for, if I wanted to tow I'd get a diesel

Hold on a second. This was designed for towing?

I'm not positive, but I'm going to say that it was originally designed for hauling. Like Sarah probably does up the side of a dune. Mine hauls, even though the bed is usually empty...
