I've had my auto zone Duralast gold battery coming up on 4 years now in December. Still strong!

The Yota just crossed the 6 year mark on its original battery. The terminals look like they are covered in moss. I keep saying I'll clean it properly when the battery dies(my 6's lasted 4 1/2 years), but it just won't. Probably do it this week. I think I'll just replace it before winter preemptively. Dad has a Four Seasons brand in his 99. It's been in there since he bought the truck in 2001. Still works. Idk how though lol!

Scared myself, been on a road trip last two weeks. First time on this trip and only the second time ever the low fuel light came on! I checked gas buddy and found a place with cheap fuel so off I go. When I left hotel it said I had used 32.7 gallons from my 36 gallon tank went about 10 miles to the closest station sweating bullits the whole way put 34.5 gallons into the tank never ever going to do that again!!

Drove mine to work. Have a squeak in my new leaf springs on the drivers side. I'll have to fix that at some point.

Do you have the regular rubber bushings or polyurethane bushings? The polyurethane ones have a special grease to prevent them from squeaking. Found that out the hard way, had to uninstall the springs and press the bushings back out to put the grease in there. No more squeak now!

Changed out the NGK TR5 V-Power spark plugs on the 2002 Silverado today. The plugs had 40k on them, truck miles are 148K. They still looked good but I had a set of AC Delco Iridiums on the shelf so I put them in. Now I should be good for at least 100k miles.

I went a little crazy with the anti-seize on the last install. I didn't put that much on this time. I have to say they came out really easy.
