I always found the green can to work better for me - seemed like the red can stuff never evaporated. The green can evaporates pretty fast.

Legally bought in CA. Not sure whats different from the good stuff but i miss it

The good stuff was so strong, it would peel paint and soften plastic ON CONTACT. Had to be real careful of overspray. Just made the job 10x FASTER than the watered down crap we get today.

The old stuff also just about blinded you when you got it in your eyes too - this stuff barely even burns by comparison. :D

I didn't know those things were still for sale. Haven't seen one in well over a decade.

Sounds like you have been experimenting lately.

No - I just have decades of experience with the stuff. When the formulation started to change around '08 or '09, it was a drastic difference. Required MUCH more effort to do the same job ... and the crap costs the same ...

Not like the old schwinn ones you remember, much newer company with revised systems...they still suck as bad though for a workout...I would rather be on a rower any day

I'm at 85,109. Just 4-wheeled up into a neighbor's field with the wifey, to watch statewide fireworks as the ball dropped.

Best view on the planet from over there. A billion stars at night too, when it's clear. Didn't see to much. Saw the flashes in the clouds from Hartford's display, and a couple local private blasts someone shot off a few towns over. Still fun though. Me and the wife still feel like teenagers. :)

Here's the spot in daylight:

I replaced my AC belt tensioner/idler, it was pretty worn. I need to do the main belt idler and tensioner soon.

Under the truck, I noticed the left hand seal on the front diff is leaking like a sieve. NOT excited about that. Still full of oil, but visibly wet where the CV bolts up.

I replaced the right upstream sensor on the 5.3 in my brother's Rainier. Pain in the ass. The 2 month old Bosch sensor was causing a lean bank 2. Put in a new Denso and all is good

Mine started doing that at 45k! Now both sides do it. I gave up caring a long time ago.

Reminds me that I should probably see if there's any lube left in there, since I've never checked it since I put it in ...

GM quality! :nonod: Pic was taken in '12 ...
