I threw a freeze-plug hole mounted one in our '00 4.3 that's in our '89 S10 Blazer. Thing was great for the wife commuting to work. Would throw heat almost immediately.

Sure jacked the electric bill up though - 600 watts. We used to leave it plugged in whenever it was here. 10W-30 in winter needs all the help it can get, especially below zero.

I had ordered Kat's # 11607 ... but what I got was some other brand. Works, so never called Advance Auto on their screwup (had it shipped).

First official tow job completed with the Tow Beast since taking ownership. REALLY need some all terrain tires before I get back to Alaska next summer. These ones I have are useless off pavement.

I have Toyo open country extremes now they've got to be the most useless tires iv ever bought besides good year durajunks. I'll be going back to my Wild country's they were an incredible tire the traction was just amazing and they didn't beat the heck outa your nice pickup like durajunks do. I do must say them Toyo's of mine look good and don't thoss rocks at all they just suck off pavement especially at $1900 for all four installed balanced. They suck really bad in snow so bad iv used my 2wd 94 to pull out my z71 that's how crappy them Toyo's are. When you buy Toyo you just buy the name that's it.

I had open country mud terrains on my 02 and those things did great the few times I took it out into some real slop

I hear you there - been AWESOME weather around here! Was in a T-shirt all day yesterday and today! Motorcycles out and about on Christmas Day! Unreal! Still on the summer wheels. Latest ever. Wish it would stay this way the rest of the season. Winters could be tolerable for me then!

Hope everyone had a Merry Christmas. Cheers to beers.

It's about a 2 hour drive for me. The valley I live in gets a light dusting once about every 15 years.
