Tail, dash and license plate lights not working.

I have a '90 Silverado 1500. Two days ago I went to start up the truck (at night) and the dash, tail and license plate lights would not come on. I took out the tail light fuse, put it back in and then they started working. The next day I had the same problem but this time removing the fuse did not work. It seems like there is a bad ground or power isn't getting to that fuse. I noticed while poking around in the engine bay that the little movable work like also was not working. Brake lights and turn signals work fine. I'm not sure what is causing this.

Brake and blinkers are on a different circuit I think. Your headlights do still work, right?

Yes, i forgot to mention that. My headlights do still work.

I don't know what would cause it, but my guess would be a loose connection somewhere.
